NBA Playoff Finals Series Preview
Even though the Conference Finals are still going on in the NBA Playoffs, there is still a good chance to look ahead to the NBA Finals. Most people have assumed that the Finals matchup would be the Golden State Warriors versus the Milwaukee Bucks and that looks like it might very well be the case. This is a great time to look at the NBA Futures odds and place a bet on who you think will win the 2019 NBA Championship. Here is a quick look at the current odds to win the 2019 NBA Championship with a quick breakdown of how the current series are looking.
Current Odds to win the 2019 NBA Championship:
Golden State Warriors -175
Milwaukee Bucks +150
Toronto Raptors +2500
Portland Trail Blazers +20000
It should be no surprise to see the Golden State Warriors with the best odds by a longshot, but the Milwaukee Bucks are quickly closing the gap.
Western Conference Looks Wrapped Up
The Portland Trail Blazers were supposed to give the Golden State Warriors a challenge in the Western Conference Finals, but that has yet to be the case. The Trail Blazers have dominated the first half in each of the last two games, but the Warriors have rallied to win each time. Golden State enters the week with a 3-0 lead over the Portland Trail Blazers, and it doesn’t look like they are going to give Portland any hope of getting back into the series. Even though the Warriors are playing this series without Kevin Durant, it hasn’t stopped them from putting up great
At A1pph you can bet on this and any other game of the NBA.
Still Work to do in the East The Milwaukee Bucks currently hold a 2-1 series lead in the Eastern Conference, but this series feels far from over. Toronto was able to get their first win of the series with a 118-112 victory in game three, and home teams have won all three games so far. There is no doubt that the Bucks are still the overwhelming favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference, but the Raptors aren’t going to go down without a fight. Giannis Antetokounmpo is the leading force for the Bucks, but Kawhi Leonard is putting up huge numbers for the Raptors. This series will likely last a lot longer than the Western Conference matchup.
Warriors-Bucks Should Be Thrilling
The Milwaukee Bucks and the Golden State Warriors were the two highest scoring teams in the NBA during the regular season and they would make for a great NBA Finals matchup. Milwaukee averaged over 118 points per game, and they have a deep and complete roster. Golden State is the best three-point shooting team in the league and Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are both playing great. This would be the matchup that most NBA fans would love to see, and this should be the two NBA Finals teams. Milwaukee has had a great season, but they aren’t on the same level as the Golden State Warriors. Place a bet on the Golden State Warriors at -175 to win the 2019 NBA Championship over the Milwaukee Bucks.
